This dataset contains data collected from the optical spectrum analyzer in the optical laboratory at Eindhoven University
of Technology, as part of the publication mentioned above: doi:10.1109/JQE.2022.3224786

It is being made public both to act as supplementary data for publications and in order for other researchers to use this data in their own work.

***Purpose of the test campaign***
The purpose of this measurement was to shown the single mode behavior and therefore the lasing operating mode above threshold of the device.

***Test equipment***
The measurement was performed using a Yokogawa Model AQ 6375.

***Description of the data in this data set***
Column 1 contains the wavelength in nanometers, column 2 contains the optical power in dBm.
